And we’re not talking about just pumpkins, we’re talking about a corn maze, wagon rides, pedal tractor races, haystacks, slides and even apple orchards. That’s right, Iowa doesn’t provide just your everyday pumpkin patch, it’s an all day, family friendly experience. Check out the top pumpkin patches currently open in central Iowa.

Pumpkinville Corn Maze

There’s fun for all ages at the Pumpkinville Corn Maze in Mitchellville, Iowa. With 2 awesome corn mazes, this place is great for team building exercises, youth groups and schools groups who enjoy a challenge. You don’t want to miss this place!

The Pumpkin Ranch

Winterset has The Pumpkin Ranch that’s home to Iowa’s Mega Corn Maze. Visitors can enjoy zip lines, giant slides, jump pillows, corn pool and tractor rides when they come here. If that’s not enough, challenge your friends to the Farm Ninja Obstacle Course that’s been a crowd favorite. Do you like horse back rides? Well, they have that too. Once you visit The Pumpkin Ranch, you’ll never want to leave. Just don’t forget to do what you came there to do: pick out a pumpkin from the pumpkin patch.
