Sales Transaction Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work across multiple internal and external teams to coordinate the data entry process for new home sales
  • Responsible for data entry in multiple systems and associated closing process for sales transactions
  • Support listing agents on all necessary paperwork – Titles, Deeds, CD’s, CO’s, permits, inspections, etc
  • Manage the closing process from end to end

Qualifications:

  • Extremely organized with superior attention to detail
  • Excellent communication & relationship building skills
  • Have direct experience in supporting home sales closing process
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Detailed knowledge of real estate transaction specifics and how the sales/closing process works
  • Strong desire to consistently grow and innovate

OFFICE COORDINATOR

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and guests while directing them to appointments
  • Answer inbound phone calls and direct accordingly
  • Assist with basic Microsoft Excel related projects
  • Help with basic updates to the Jerry’s Homes website
  • Social Media assistance
  • Work on the planning and execution of company events
  • Coordinate meetings and schedules for Leadership Team
  • Assist with managing customer database/CRM Tool
  • Scanning/filing

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Professional demeanor
  • Previous administrative/front desk experience helpful
