Our professional design team will work with you to help navigate through the home building experience. Unique to the Jerry's Homes Proven Process, you will have a dedicated in-house drafter to create a floorplan that's custom to your needs. We have the tools, knowledge, and decades of experience to give you a home that is truly yours.

Jerry's Homes Proven Process
Step 1
Print Meeting
Your initial print meeting is held in our Design Center. At this meeting, you’ll sit down with our dedicated design and drafting team to review the blueprint for your new home. All of your custom home requirements will be discussed and incorporated into your floorplan. Examples of what you will review -- Exterior Structural and Design Elements - Front elevation options, front porch options, decking options and siding/shake/board & batten options and placements.

- Minor Structural Adjustments to Floorplan
- Light Fixture Types and Placement
- Flooring Transitions
Step 2
Design Meeting
During this stage, the blueprint will have been updated to reflect the front elevation selections and any structural adjustments made during the print meeting. The design meeting will start with a print review and sign-off of your final floorplan. Then you will begin the design selections process. Browse through samples in our newly remodeled Design Center and work with our team to make selections to bring your dream home to life! Step 3
Permit and Build
Jerry’s Homes will apply for a building permit and all documents will be sent to our vendors and superintendents. Once the permit is approved, the Jerry's Homes building process begins! With decades of experience, our dedicated superintendents will ensure your custom home build goes smoothly. Just sit back and watch your new home take shape!Step 4
New Home Orientation
Once construction is near completion, a closing date will be established. You will meet on-site with a Jerry's Homes Representative to walk through your home to review selections, features, and operations of the home. This step is an opportunity to finalize all details and prepare for your move-in day!Step 5
Closing/Warranty
At closing, you will receive the keys to your new home and it's time to move in! We provide an extended Platinum One Year Warranty on your home in addition to a complete Ten Year Structural Warranty. With the help of our in-house Warranty Department, you can rest assured knowing you are fully protected well after you move in.
